Worktrade Program

Requriments of the CSA Worktrade

Do you have time off during the week? Do you like fresh food? Do you like to garden? If you answered yes to any of those questions then a CSA Worktrade could be what you’re looking for. Work one 4hr. shift a week for 8 to 18  weeks and receive a CSA share (a bounty of fresh seasonal produce) and priceless gardening knowledge for your time. Your job will be to help plant, harvest, prepare, and store vegetables.
Gray Gardens will be featuring work days Monday - Friday with two 4hr. shifts to choose from.

What to expect this Fall

The contents are based on what produce is in season. Due to the nature of farming the contents will change from day to day and week to week following the adventure of local agriculture. Here is a tentative list of what is to come:
 Peas Beans Tomatoes Cucumbers Winter/Summer Squash Onions Radish Turnips Beets Carrots Okra Lettuce mixes Spinach Kale Chard Collards Peppers Specialty Greens Sweet Potato 

CSA Worktrade  Fall 2016 Schedule

Gray Gardens will be featuring work days  Monday - Friday 9am - 1pm or 11am - 3pm.

CSA is a co-op like program where you buy a share into our farm in return for a bounty of fresh picked produce weekly.
